Our Proprietary Compressor and Turbine Pairing

We engineered the RS2 with a high-flow compressor and turbine wheel that work in harmony, delivering unmatched mass airflow and boost control. After multiple revisions to the compressor housing, the RS2 now pushes over 70 lbs/min of airflow. Every modification serves one purpose — maximum usable power.

The Build Process

Every RaggDoll RS2 turbo starts with a full disassembly and inspection. We retain the factory VGT housings and internals, perform precise machine work for compatibility, and dynamically balance the turbine and compressor wheels independently. Then, after full cartridge assembly, we VSR-balance at over 250,000 RPM for unmatched reliability.

Raggdoll Motorsports set up two dyno sessions for my Porsche Turbo S. The Porsche touts a 4.0-liter built engine and head work facilitated by Sam at ByDesign. Also has the XR ByDesign turbo kit with all the supporting mods. The first session the PDK kept transitioning out of manual mode. During the second session a boost leak at the throttle body boot ended the session early. We managed 812 hp on a Mustang dyno at only 20 psi of boost.
