Refund & Warranty Policy

Last Updated: April 1, 2025 At RaggDoll Motorsports, we stand behind the quality of every part we offer. We’re committed to providing high-performance solutions for drivers who demand the best—and we back it up with clear, fair policies.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or special order parts
Used, damaged, or installed items
Items without original packaging

Refund Type:

We offer shop credit ONLY for eligible returns. Shop credit can be used toward any future purchase but cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your store credit to be issued via email.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Warranty:

All parts (excluding turbochargers) are backed by a 1-year / unlimited miles gaurntee

Turbochargers:

Turbocharger units are covered by a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty. After 1 year, coverage expires.

Labor Disclaimer:

Warranty coverage does not include labor or installation costs under any circumstances.

Your order number or proof of purchase, Description of the issue, Clear photos of the product and the problem
