Although it was buily to flow over 60 lb/min, we built it to be optimized at 440 to high-400s at the wheels effortlessly, all while keeping intake temps in check. We strongly recommend pairing the RaggDoll Series oNe 718 turbo upgrade with the RaggDoll High-Flow Turbo Inlet to allow the turbo to breathe to its full potential.
Our core exchange RaggDoll Series turbochargers are remanufactured* to stock specifications and tolerances. With all hard parts to include the center cartridge and housings being retained.
When a turbocharger comes in for rebuild it is disassembled, cleaned and inspected for any damage or possible issues. We then do all machine work necessary to the housings depending on what turbocharger upgrade you requested. We dynamically balance the turbine wheel independently and the compressor wheel independently then after we replace all cartridge bearings, washers, seals and thrust we reassemble and balance a 3rd time at 250,000 rpm with our VSR machine as a complete cartridge assembly. The compressor housing is stripped bare and laser etched with the RaggDoll turbo series identification matching your internal parts.
