The RaggDoll Charge Cooler Kit is engineered to handle serious heat, even at extreme power levels. Designed for Porsche 718 platforms making up to 600 crank horsepower, this system is proven to maintain optimal charge temps without requiring any engine removal.
This kit includes everything needed for a clean install: custom-fit brackets, precision-routed coolant lines, and exclusive RaggDoll heat exchanger upgrades. Each component is tailored for direct fitment and maximum performance under load.
We’ve tested this system across multiple 718 builds and have yet to find its limit. Even under repeated high-load scenarios, coolant temps return to the intercooler at or below ambient air temperature—making heat soak a thing of the past.

Raggdoll Motorsports set up two dyno sessions for my Porsche Turbo S. The Porsche touts a 4.0-liter built engine and head work facilitated by Sam at ByDesign. Also has the XR ByDesign turbo kit with all the supporting mods. The first session the PDK kept transitioning out of manual mode. During the second session a boost leak at the throttle body boot ended the session early. We managed 812 hp on a Mustang dyno at only 20 psi of boost.
