Starting right at the turbocharger outlet, every RaggDoll system kicks things off with a massive 3.5-inch downpipe—built to maximize exhaust velocity and slash backpressure where it matters most. We maintain a full 3.5” diameter through the critical section, our system completely eliminates the factory Y-pipe still found in many aftermarket set ups that create a choke point. We do this for uninterrupted flow and uncompromising performance.

From there, configurations transition to either:

  • 30” mid-pipe for builds under ~500 HP

  • Or remain 3.5” all the way back for max power and flow potential

Every system exits through dual 4.0-inch stainless slash-cut tips, eliminating the factory’s restrictive Y-section.

Raggdoll Motorsports set up two dyno sessions for my Porsche Turbo S. The Porsche touts a 4.0-liter built engine and head work facilitated by Sam at ByDesign. Also has the XR ByDesign turbo kit with all the supporting mods. The first session the PDK kept transitioning out of manual mode. During the second session a boost leak at the throttle body boot ended the session early. We managed 812 hp on a Mustang dyno at only 20 psi of boost.
